Rebuild the off-Amazon contribution the same way as the Amazon bid ceiling. Do not fund Amazon rank with orders that no longer clear after MCF fees.

Should I turn MCF off?
Only if the order does not contribute after the surcharge and peak. MCF is a fulfillment choice. It is not an ads tactic. Price it, then decide.
