Brands fulfilling Shopify, DTC, or Buy with Prime from the same FBA inventory they advertise on Amazon.
What to do this week
Rebuild the off-Amazon contribution the same way as the Amazon bid ceiling. Do not fund Amazon rank with orders that no longer clear after MCF fees.
Parent brief: 3.5% surcharge. Q4 window: two clocks.
If your MCF invoice does not show the surcharge, trust the invoice. This page exists so the May date is not a surprise when it does.

Should I turn MCF off?
Only if the order does not contribute after the surcharge and peak. MCF is a fulfillment choice. It is not an ads tactic. Price it, then decide.
