New Seller Central layout is now the default — classic view is gone
Who it hits
Anyone still training staff on classic-navigation screenshots. SOPs, Loom libraries, and VA checklists written against the old chrome.
What to do this week
Retake critical SOP screenshots this week (Ads Console path, inventory, Account Health). Stop linking classic-UI Looms in client onboarding. Confirm your team can find campaigns without the classic toggle.
Operator take
This is a training and documentation problem, not a bid problem. If your VA’s checklist still says “top-left classic menu,” they will burn time and miss Account Health. Same for agencies: client Zoom calls fail when you narrate a UI that no longer exists.
This week
- Walk Ads, Inventory, and Account Health once in the new layout. Note renamed labels.
- Replace the three SOPs you use most with fresh screenshots.
- Tell clients: campaigns keep running; only the chrome moved.

FAQ
Did Amazon reset my campaigns?
Amazon’s messaging is that ads, data, and integrations continue. Still spot-check one hero campaign after the switch so you are not trusting a press line alone.
Can I get classic back?
Reports say the toggle is gone. Plan as if classic will not return.
