If Sponsored Products is not converting, do not open a DSP campaign because the door is wider. If it is converting, test only with a ceiling and a view on new-to-brand, not on last-click ROAS.
January 2026 view-through rules made vanity DSP ROAS even less useful: view-through brief. If you cannot explain overlap in AMC, you are not ready to scale the flight.

Is there still a practical minimum?
A policy floor and a spend level that can exit learning are different. Even with no contractual minimum, a flight that cannot deliver is not a test. Start from the console’s own guidance, then cap it.
