US FBA variation catalogs and anyone advertising children with uneven cover. Brands stacking LIL with Q4 peak fulfillment.

What to do this week

Fee Preview / inventory health per advertised FNSKU. Replenish thin children or pause ranking on them. Do not judge cover from the parent ASIN alone.

PPC implication

Contribution on that child includes LIL when it applies. Peak fulfillment from mid-October makes the same child more expensive again. Ranking a thin FNSKU into Q4 is how ACOS “mysteriously” worsens while search terms look clean.

This week

List advertised FNSKUs (children), not just parents.
Check historical days of supply / low-inventory signals Amazon shows for each. Confirm live thresholds.
Inbound or transfer cover before you scale that child. If you cannot replenish, pause ranking.

Confirm live fee tiers and which products are in scope. Pan-EU has its own low-inventory rules — do not copy US thresholds to EU without reading that store.

FAQ

Does more advertising fix LIL?

Advertising can worsen days of supply. Fix inbound or cut demand on that FNSKU. Ads are not a replenishment plan.

Is LIL the same as IPI?
