What to do this week
One hero, one promo, one event campaign with a kill date. Do not stack a coupon on a deal on a PED and then raise bids because the badge looks busy.
A simple order
- Fee Preview plus peak fulfillment. That is the cost stack before any promo.
- Subtract the discount. Add the deal fee, the coupon fee, or the PED fee from the live screen.
- If contribution holds, submit one promo. If a featured deal is rejected, fall back to PED or a coupon. Do not invent a second discount to “make up for” the missing badge.
- Event exact campaign, separate budget, kill the morning after. Evergreen harvest stays on the non-event price.

Should every hero have a coupon in October?
No. A coupon on an ASIN that already converts is a discount plus a fee. Use it when the event price is a decision you already made, not as decoration.
Can I stack a coupon on a Lightning Deal?
Sometimes the tools allow it. Contribution usually does not. Model the stack. If it misses the floor, do not submit the second promo.
