Pull return rate by ASIN. Add the processing fee to contribution before you set a Q4 bid. Fix the listing reason for the returns or stop buying rank.
How it breaks a pretty ACOS
ACOS is ad spend over ad sales. It does not subtract the refund, the return freight, or the processing fee. A clothing ASIN at 18% ACOS can be a loss once one in four units comes back. Rebuild break-even with the break-even SOP and a returns assumption from the last 90 days, not from the launch month.
