What to do this week
Pull Fee Preview in the EU store you actually sell in. Rebuild break-even in that currency. Do not copy the US 3.5% surcharge onto a European SKU.
What this is not
It is not the US January increase. It is not permission to raise EU bids because “fees went down on average.” Averages hide the storage line and the April fuel surcharge. Read referral cuts, the 1.5% Europe surcharge, and the UK card.
