Guide: migrate weekly exports to Unified Reporting before 31 Dec 2026
Amazon publikuje komunikaty Seller Central i Ads po angielsku. Brief poniżej zostaje po angielsku, by nie zgubić źródła. Przegląd, formularze i polityki są w Twoim języku. Potwierdź liczby w Seller Central.
Who it hits
Anyone with scheduled search-term or DSP exports.
What to do this week
Inventory schedules this month. Dual-run two weeks. Point scripts at the new columns.
Cutover SOP
- Screenshot every old schedule (filters, columns, email dest).
- Build the Unified equivalent. Do not assume column names match.
- Export both for the same 14-day window. Diff in Cursor/Codex.
- Update harvest SOP to the new file. Then disable the old schedule.
- Note the change in the founder log so next year’s YoY is not a mystery.
What you are migrating, exactly
Path: Measurement and Reporting → Reporting. Recreate custom reports across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP instead of stitching CSV files. Amazon documented about 15 months of daily/weekly history in the new tool. Legacy Sponsored Ads reports and DSP reports go away 31 December 2026; Amazon said leftover schedules and history on those pages would be deleted. Help-center gates (warning period, freeze on new legacy reports in December) can move — screenshot the live article.
Cutover SOP with a column diff
Screenshot every old schedule: filters, columns, email destination, date grain. Build the Unified equivalent. Do not assume names match. Export both for the same 14-day window. Diff in Cursor or Codex. Watch DSP Purchases: unified base can include halo; old DSP Purchases often meant promoted-only. Update the harvest SOP and any script maps. Disable the old schedule. Note the change in the founder log so next year’s YoY is not a mystery migration artifact.
What not to wait for
The automated subscription migration tool. Q4. 30 December. A quiet week in July or September is the job. Related brief: sunset notice. Harvest: weekly SOP.
How the better ads blogs write this
ppc.land, Wayamz, Autron, and Parker-Lambert all lead with the same two dates: unified reporting GA (coverage around 8 June 2026) and legacy Sponsored Ads + DSP report pages gone on 31 December 2026. Amazon said leftover saved reports, schedules, sends, and historical data on those old pages would be deleted. An automated subscription migration tool was “soon” — every useful post treats that as a bonus, not the plan. Wayamz is the one that also names extra help-center gates (self-migration window, mid-November warning, mid-December freeze on creating or editing legacy reports). Screenshot the live help article. Those gates can move.
What to rebuild first, not last
- Weekly search-term export the harvest SOP actually uses.
- DSP flight export if you spend DSP — watch Purchases vs Purchases (promoted).
- Any founder email that currently comes from a legacy schedule.
- Script / Codex maps that assume old column names.
Dual-run two weeks. If unified “improves” DSP in week one, you probably picked the halo-inclusive Purchases column. Fix the map before you tell the founder the funnel healed. Prune dead reports while you are in there — unifying a report nobody reads is still work you will pay for later. Recreate harvest and founder exports in a quiet week. 30 December is not a cutover day.
FAQ
Do I migrate DSP and Sponsored in one report?
You can in Unified. You should still know which rows are which. Standardized metrics are not an excuse to blend a DSP flight into harvest.
What if Amazon extends the sunset?
Migrate anyway. Column hygiene is cheaper in July than in a surprise freeze.
