What to do this week
One row per store per hero. Cut ranking bids in the store that misses the floor. Do not average DE and US into one target.
Steps
- Pick the store. DE and UK are two rows.
- Fee Preview: fulfilment, size tier, referral percent. Note the price-band if you are near £10, £15, £20 or the euro equivalents. See referral cuts.
- If the 1.5% surcharge is still on, apply it to the fulfilment fee. Not to ACOS.
- Decide whether VAT is inside the customer price you used. Do not subtract VAT twice.
- Add Pan-EU low-inventory or storage only if that FNSKU is actually paying it.
- Anything under your floor loses ranking campaigns in that store. Exact on converters that still clear.

I work DE and AT accounts in German. The fee line is still confirmed in Seller Central, not in this SOP.

Can I convert my US break-even by exchange rate?
No. Referral bands, fulfilment, surcharge percent, and VAT treatment differ. FX is the last step, after the local fee.
