What to do this week
Multiply the EU fulfilment fee by 1.015, not 1.035. Rerun break-even per store.
Add 1.5% to the fulfilment fee, then rerun contribution. Do not add 1.5 points to your ACOS target and call it done. US parent: US 3.5% brief. Sheet: EU/UK SOP.
Confirm the surcharge line is still on your store’s rate card. Amazon can change it. Fee Preview beats this paragraph.

Does 1.5% apply to Pan-EU and to local FBA?
The rate-card note says fulfilment fees in those stores. Whether a given Pan-EU or EFN shipment shows the line is a Fee Preview question. Pull one FNSKU in DE and one in the store you inbound to.
