Mises à jour SOP Account Health
SOP: FBM health watch before you buy rank
Amazon publie les avis Seller Central et Ads en anglais. Le brief ci-dessous reste en anglais pour ne pas perdre le texte source. Revue, formulaires et politiques sont dans votre langue. Confirmez les chiffres dans Seller Central.
Who it hits
Mixed FBA/FBM and pure FBM advertisers.
What to do this week
Weekly: Account Health → Other Policy Violations + the four FBM metrics on advertised offers.
- List advertised FBM ASINs.
- Any metric in warning: pause ranking, keep brand defense only if the offer is still buyable.
- Fix ops (SLA, tracking, cancellations). Appeal / reactivate.
- Restore exact under the contribution floor.
Why this sits on the same day as harvest
From 31 August 2026 Amazon can switch off a failing FBM offer without killing the account. Cancellation Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Order Defect Rate, On-Time Delivery Rate. Warning email precedes deactivation. Ranking ads on a warned offer is how you pay for a listing Amazon is about to hide. Mixed FBA/FBM catalogs are the trap: FBA heroes keep converting, blended ACOS looks fine, the FBM ranking campaign keeps spending into Other Policy Violations.
Weekly check (advertised offers only first)
- List advertised FBM ASINs. If the list is long, start with anything with a ranking campaign.
- Account Health → the four metrics at offer level + Other Policy Violations.
- Warning or deactivation: pause ranking. Brand defense only if the offer is still buyable.
- Fix ops (SLA, tracking, cancellations, ODR). Appeal / reactivate.
- Restore exact under the contribution floor, not the old bid.
What not to do
Do not wait for Amazon to pause ads. Do not treat a restored offer as a reason to raise bids “to catch up.” Do not mix this SOP with FBA inbound discrepancies. News: offer-level deactivation brief. Workstream: Account Health.
How other 2026 FBM posts are structured — and what they skip
Seller-facing writeups of the 31 August 2026 change (Seller Forums plus operator recaps) all copy Amazon’s sentence: only the affected FBM offer is deactivated; other listings and overall Account Health are not supposed to take that hit; a warning email comes first; deactivated offers sit under Other Policy Violations. The useful ones then name the four policies: Cancellation Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Order Defect Rate, On-Time Delivery Rate. What they usually skip is the ads leak. A quiet offer-level hide does not freeze the account. Sponsored Products can keep spending into a listing that is no longer buyable while FBA heroes on the same login keep converting. Blended ACOS will not tell you.
Reactivation is ops, then bids
Amazon’s dashboard path is Account Health → Other Policy Violations → the offer → Reactivate / Submit Appeal. The packet that survives review is metric-specific: which orders, what root cause (stockout, 3PL miss, missing tracking, customer defect), what you changed (handling time, carrier, inventory buffer), and evidence. Fix the root before you appeal. After Amazon restores the offer, restore exact under the contribution floor — not at the bid you used when the listing was healthy. A restored listing with a stale bid is how you buy a second week of waste. Brand defense can stay only if the offer is actually buyable again.
Mixed FBA / FBM catalogs
If you only watch IPI and FBA Fee Preview, you will miss the merchant offers. Keep a one-column list of advertised FBM ASINs next to the harvest file. Warning state = ranking off the same day. That is the whole SOP. The rest is ops.
FAQ
How often is weekly enough?
Weekly is the desk default. During a launch or after a 3PL miss, check the warned offers daily until they are clean.
Does FBA Buy Shipping change this?
If the offer is merchant-fulfilled, these four metrics still apply. Confirm offer type, not the warehouse you meant to use.
Operator SOP / guide. Confirm live policy in Seller Central before you file or bid.
