What to do before Q4 storage
- Export units that will cross an aged tier or sit through October storage.
- Quote removal, disposal, and liquidation on those units. Use Seller Central rates, not a 2024 screenshot.
- If you liquidate, check the recovery against the ad spend still running on that FNSKU. Pause the campaign the day the offer should die.
- Keep the monthly aged-inventory SOP on the same calendar as this fee.

Depends on whether those units had already left. Open the removal order and the fee transactions. Do not assume the create-date charge was the last one.
